ABS Airbag Canisters

Does anyone know where to get the ABS Avy backpack canisters locally in Anchorage? I'm ordering a pack and I'm having trouble getting it shipped do to the Hazmat restrictions on the canisters.

Seems some of the companies just bootleg them through. Unless things have changed since I bought my pack and 2 canisters?? the canisters are not approved by the FAA for flight in a commercial jet over U.S. soil. Completely legal in Canada though. I believe it's just a matter of the company sending the canisters through a U.S. certification proccess. Regardless, it is a pain to get them up here as they are supposed to be ground transportation only.

That's what I was told at least.

Thanks for the info guys. CC said they were going to get more in in about a week. However, I decided to have the company go ahead and ship it using another method to get everything up here. A little more money, but hopefully everything works out good. Now I'll have to see if there is any tricks to setting it up properly.
