? about posts

When we all make a post, all the way to hand right hand side were it says are location and the number of posts, there are green boxes. Some members have one some have 8-10 and by the looks of it the boxes don't represent the number of post a member has made.
What are these for??

Basically if people agree or disagree with you and take the time to go through the process to rate you. Some can be red as well. It's a little box or deal somewhere on the post block.

the little scale along side the post number, click on that and you can rate the member's reputation, only after you have replyed on the thread..
