I saw that article too. I dropped my membership a couple years ago anyhow.
No particular benefit to belong, and it's just another way for a lefty leaning organization to collect money.

In this case they are screwing the same people they CLAIM to be advocates for.

AARP came out a couple months ago and made sure to say they DIDN"T support obamacare specifically because they were getting 10's of thousands dropping their membership.
It will be fun to see how many drop their membership now.
Guess AARP figures they lost all that were going to drop em.

I just heard in a interview with the AARP, they said they expected people to quit, but last time they did this everyone joined back up and they continued to grow, they expect the same this time.

How dumb or arrogant can they be, people joined again because they pulled their endorsement. The American people have woke up, lot of people/organizations around D.C. Are going to get a rude awakening.
