The only stimulus that could possibly work would be if bh Bo would take back some of the billions left in the second stimulus and use it to cut corporate and small business taxes. He will not do that because that would be admitting he was wrong about his wonderful 787 billion, (we have to pass it today or the world will end tomorrow), stimulus plan and he is the all seeing, all knowing Obama who is smarter than any one else in the World.
