A must have for silber turbo pro rmk's oil pressure guage kits

In my opinion these are a must have for any turbo sled. I put on a oil pressure gauge for peace of mind on my turbo. It's nice to see if your pump is working so if it does stop you can shut your sled off before you cook your turbo. I have seen a few turbo oil pumps quit or the dc line supplying them stop putting out voltage. With the popularity of these around me locally I have made up some kits that I am selling they are 150.00 plus shipping and are steel braided lines
, 1 1/2 inch liquid filled gauge and ready to be installed. It would suck to have to buy a new turbo if it quits getting oil to it and this is cheap insurance very easy to install

Might be able to save some cash if a braided line was not used I wanted the line and fittings it can be taken off at the oil pump with out damaging the fittings if need be cause I mounted my gauge up on the hood

Great product. I bought an oil pump originally used on an airplane from a guy off of SW and it failed lost a turbo. Ended up costing me around 700 to rebuild the center section, lost a great day of riding, 4 hours + to get out of the back country, and a months worth of down time. Cheap insurance.

If you have a good dealer, you shouldn't have to pay for new turbo or the oil pump when it quits, I gurantee I wouldn't, or I'd be changing dealers!!!

i very much agree..i installed an oil pressure gauge on my 06 rmk 900 turbo for piece of mind also, and if i didnt i would have a burnt turbo also..

on intital motor heat cycling, everything on the sled worked fine with the exception of flickering lights, then i noticed the oil pressure gauge was not working..thought it was a bad pump and come to find out i had a bad capacitor and it was only supplying 10.5vdc to the sled...the only thing that wouldnt power on was the oil pump...

VERY glad i put the gauge in-line or id be hurting bad...

i may have got a little cockpit going on, but you can never "assume" everything is where its suppose to be ;)

EGTs, Fuel psi, AFR, Oil psi, Boost, MBC in plain sight...

are you serious? your going to blame your dealer for your oil pump going out?? WOW

joshkoltes....is that really a HORN button ?

You know it! Beepbeep!
Right tdorval its for a kill. It works really good and matches the other side. Fifteen bux on e bay. I widdled it down to fit in the ftx throttle block. A guy could buy the mount kit for the reverse kit if they wanted also

I bought a 4psi fuel pressure switch for 12.00 and hooked it up to my oil light on the factory gauge package. On the pro it kind of a pain the way the oil light goes through the ecu. You have to keep the oil tank topped up all the time. Running a separate dash light would be simpler. It does work well though.
