Hey SW'ers:
Thought I would post up the current deal on movers dollies at Harbor Tool. I use them and they are really handy for moving sleds, ATV's or anything else around the shop. Good deal going on right now for $7.89 a piece. Take A Look Here. Have a good one. EW

Thats funny, I got the exact same things two weeks ago, they work great! You can easily move a sled around by yourself with no effort.

We have the same things and while they do work and make it easier to move stuff around the shop they kinda suck at the same time. The casters are just not very high quality. I would recomend getting a better quality product. I have not tried the other brands out there but just remember you get what you pay for.

I have been using the same set for 3 years now. They work great. I tried the sled dollies. They suck. IMO

Stone

the ones from northern don' t last. they actually bend pretty easy and then the wheels don't spin very well.

dont buy em

i bought some for my truck. They work great around the garage. Problem is they wont turn. While driving to work the other day one slid out from under the front tire and i couldnt complete the corner, that pole came up fast. The police officer was nice enough to let me go with a warning, didnt say a thing about the 12r in the front seat. I wrote a letter to the manufacturer about my concerns that this product is unsafe. please be careful when using these products.

If your driveway/garage floor is like mine and has some cracks, it's almost easier to just muscle the sleds around. The wheels catch on every bump, rock, or crack and come out from under the ski or track (very very irritating, and yes I know the solution is to just keep the floor clean and fix the cracks but that's money I'd rather spend on mods!!).
