A Month out for our Trip, snow looks...

As of now we are still coming but looking more like a bust. Last time out we stayed at Monte (2013) had a good amount of snow but brought 2 out of 4 sleds back to MI with severe damage due to buried bombs. I hate heading west out of the parking lot now. Really want to come out and would love to go back to the Uinta's (Bear River Side) but will pull the plug on it if our guys out in Utah say it's a no go.

You guys have any optimism for this season at all?

This page seems so quiet maybe you all have gotten out the golf clubs or sumtin. :noidea:

Hate to say it but Carp is right. I have 210 miles on my sled, and if it weren't for wanting to get a big bore broken in, would be closer to 40... The last two years I've put close to 1500 miles on per season, by happy if I get 1/2 that at this point...

Looks like Togowtee has gotten a lot of snow by there webcam. How long is that drive for you Utes? It would be a shorter drive for us although our guides and free cabin are in the Uintahs' and or Monte. Well we'll do the snow dance here in cold azz MI for you guys and hopefully the spicket gets turned wide bleepin open in the coming two weeks.

7hrs to togowtee for us ute fans?. This winter blows.

From Park City its almost exactly 300 miles, if the roads are clear its a bit over 5 hours. But about 1/2 there you drive through Star Valley/Afton/Alpine which looks to be pretty good up high right now.

Well if your flexible it doesn't take much for things to change in just a few days time. It happened over Chirstmas this year and most likely will again the next few weeks, when exactly???? who knows just be ready when it does.

Well we are staying in the Midwest this year, was hoping for a miracle but will have to wait till next season, hopefully. I'm sure now that we aren't coming out it will snow like crazy. Pretty bad when my brother in Knoxville has had more fresh snow then you guys in the last week. Strange days indeed.
