The ship from ‘Love Boat’ is about to be demolished


The Pacific Princess cruise ship that served as the backdrop to corny jokes and cheesy romance on "The Love Boat" is set to be scrapped. The folks over at E! News translated a story from Italy La Repubblica that said the ship has been sold to a Turkish demolition company for approximately $3 million. The ship, shown here when it was exciting and new, was built in 1971 and sailed for the cruise line between 1975 and 2002. Our hearts go out to Doc, Isaac and Captain Stubing during what we can only imagine is a very difficult time for them.

my parents wouldnt waste their time with a cruise ship. especially if it was $3 mil for a decomissioned CRUISE ship.

the navy ships my parents would get they'd get em for around half a million, and thats around 11 million lbs of metal.

iron aint chit.

monel, inconel, 70/30, 90/10, nickel, titanuim, and precious metals are more commonly found on military ships because they're a very high quality metal. big bucks are paid for these metals.

$3 mil for a cruise ship, i'd imagine they'd only make a couple million in profit at the max.

well i didnt say im good at what i do, i said im good doing what i do.

meaning im fine sticking to what im currently doing.

i feel bad for you though, your age has reached a point where its too late for you to adapt to ANY changes, and our many conversations together have proved that...

you cant teach senile dog new tricks. its just not gonna happen....

I have a close friend that has AIDS, It would be worth spending the night in jail and a few thousand dollars to beat you azz for that ignorant comment.

well think making fun of special needs people is more offensive. was you friend born with AIDS? millions have it, why get offended?

oh btw, theres a cure for aids. has to do with silver. might wanna look into it for your friend's sake..... That way you'll have 1 less thing to cry about.


when AIDS is mentioned on tv in a joking way, do u wanna beat their *** too?

I never made fun of special needs people, actually fukchead a highschool friend that I played baseball with, order brother passed away this week he had down syndrome made it to the ripe age of 41.

And if you believe silver will cure a death sentence like aids, your dumber than I can imagine.

With that I have moved you to the ignore list.

It is real funny that the only thing you can come back at me with any of your posts is my age. I may be 53 but I am and always will be more of a man than you. I can out work you, I can out ride you on a sled or a bike, I can outdrive you and most assuredly can out think you. Bout the only thing I cannot do better than you is piss people off and run my mouth. Which you should not be proud of. Now QUIET!!!!!

kind of ingnorant to be so sure of yourself on such things....

one thing you may be right at would be bikes. havnt had much time on a bike. probly a few hrs all together.

other than that, you really have no idea my capabilities unless you met me. same goes for you.

but that attitude is both ignorant and childish. silly boy.... gettin all upset and pissed off online...

the only thing ive done is tell people what ive done. i dont think ive ever said i can do anything better than anyone on here.... no matter how good you are at something, most likely there's always someone outhere thats better than you.

I didnt say silver, i said it has something to do with silver.

remember, for every action, there's an equal or opposite reaction.
theres a cure for anything.

theres a cure for any cancer, but for some reason, any of these super scientists that claim to have found a cure for any disease that wipes out large amounts of people, end up dead. with stories that dont make sense.

and since AIDS was manmade, there HAS to be an antidote. a cure. a way to rid the body of HIV.

How do I cure my Father-in-law's diabetes that is slowly, but surely killing him. He is waiting for a kidney transplant.......... point me to the cure for diabetes...

Also, I want to cure the diabetes of my next door neighbor who is 6 years old and has already had thousands of insulin shots........

its all about the depopulation agenda. you cant tell me its not real cause the most powerful people in the world talk about it, openly as if its perfectly okay.

Vaccines, aids, cigarrettes, and processed foods are all ways to help get rid of people.

and you know theyre perfectly okay with the fact that these things have a hugely negative impact, cause nothings changed. if they cared if people died, theyd ban cigarrettes, and they'd stop all the processed foods. it costs more money to make fake food than it does to grow real food.

If the result was opposite to what they wanted, they'd make changes.

Now what does this have to do with AIDS, cancer, and disease in general?

And please give me your opinion on vaccines too while we are at it?
