a/f gauge

I saw an O2 gauge online for $80, isn't this the same thing?

NO! The vast majority of O2 sensors are of a simple "switch" type. These sensors can only indicate whether your engine is running rich or lean, but not what your actual AFR reading is. For tuning purposes, these types are sensors are useless.

From what I understand, quite a few guages run the bosh 02 sensor in the pipe...thats what I have and they are sensitive to leaded gas...in fact they do not like leaded gas. So, if you run unleaded race fuel or pump fuel I think they will hold up pretty well.

1 per year with race gas is about what i get

Sorry dude, I saw innovative in the link and assumed you meant Innovate's wide band which is not the one that innovative tuning (the store) is selling. They sell AEM. We are talking about the same gauge. YES GET the one Ultralord is talking about on the linked website. I have 2500 miles on original sensor.

Koso makes a good plug and play gauge not cheap but made just for the outdoors to be in the wet and cold unlike most

FJO is also good I have been told

I don't know if you're US or Canada but Mopac in Edmonton is selling AEM's for $270 Can. Best new price I've found here anyways.
