Sledrevy, thanks for posting fock that place i couldn't imagine bombing down the trail and that thing hitting you from the side, kinda reminds me of 2004 heading up Stevens pass to go snowboarding and old faithful #13 had slid we were the first cars to it after it had happened get out of the car look down over the side and a couple hundred feet down the hillside was a Subaru outback on its side sticking halfway under the snow we ended up running down there and helping the people crawl out the window. then we had to sit there for four hours while dot cleared the damn thing.

Holy crap ya thats nutz. I will sacrafice a day of deep pow to ride some spring slush in the sun and live to see another day.........fine by me....

THis is the 2 avy chutes about a mile before the Lake Ann trail on the way up to Gallagher. The road/trail now drops down into the clearing, below the avy debris, through the trees, and back up to the road. The debris chunks were HUGE!!

On Sunday we were the first tracks up the Lk Ann Goat Trail...the 4-5' deep "trail" was completely full of sugar POW...we didn't even make it to the 1st clearing. Played in the trees all day.

Great day!!
