A Blonde, a Car and a Mattress - true story

A Blonde ran over a mattress on the highway,
and decided not to worry -- and kept on driving.
It caught on the undercarriage of her Ford.

The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough
to tear a hole in the fuel tank. The Subsequent Lack
Of Fuel Is What Finally Brought Her Vehicle To Its Knees..

She Had Still Managed To Drive 30 Miles With A 60-Pound
Tangle of Stuff Wrapped Around Her Drive Shaft.

She Had it Towed To Her Ford Dealership And Complained
That The Vehicle Had A "Sort Of Shimmy" When She Was
Driving At High Speeds. "A Sort Of A Shimmy" -- I'll Bet It Did!

Below Are The Photos Of What taken At Her Ford Dealership.....................
The Last Photo Is By Far The Best.

No kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a buddy who works at a Ford dealership...I'll send it to him.

Wouldnt common sense tell you, ok, I hit a mattress, it was unavoidable. Should I...at the very least...check a friggin mirror to make sure it came out?!!?!?

You can tell it was at least a 3/4 ton, which meant she was probably pulling a horse trailer, that side swipes the poles at the gas stations, that she has to find someone else to back the truck and trailer up for when she gets somewhere where it needs to be backed up. Usually still halfway on the street/highway from sideswiping one of those damn poles they put up at the gas station. She will be really p/o ed that this new diesel pickup was supposed to have way more power than the gas one she had before and even in four low it doesnt have the power to pull that trailer through one of those poles! What a POS! When I get back home I am gonna make that worthless husband of mine buy me a new one with more power...maybe a Semi...that should pull better.
