I've been testing these out for a while now. I've bashed a lot of rocks and trees, with no issues. (Notice all the tree rash on the front arm.) They stiffen the weak point on the A-arm by 47%. Just enough to give it the stiffness it needs while still protecting the bulkhead. Currently working on production quotes and they'll be well under $100/set.

Interested in a set? I have a couple left over prototype sets. Respond to this thread and I'll put you in a drawing.

that's 1 of the reasons that I went with the assault but I love to see people turning out smart fixes to crazy problems! those A-arms are way to weak! but nice that you keep the bulk head in mind.... they are a crumple zone for that reason!

How did you test the strength increase? I called the US Dept of Weights and Standards and they have given you permission to say 50% increase in strength if you are actually increasing strength 47%!
