Have them on my cat and buddies too wondered how much they helped.found out after one of his ripped off had to lean way over to keep straight, after couple hours he stopped took other off,to hard to ride i vote PRO

Pros: Haven't witnessed any pros on mine yet.

Cons: Packs in a -ton- of snow right around your shock.

I just haven't gotten around to taking them off yet. Definately will be gone sometime in the next few weeks.

ya they look like big snow traps to me

it would be better if they were like a sock, cover both the top and bottom so the snow would slide off and not stick between the arms.

very lightweight plastic on the top thicker on the bottom for protection, take your spindle off and slide them over the a arm then reattatch spindle.

Pros: They do just what their name says they do. Protect the A-arms. Helps from them getting beat up so bad. I have them, torn one off, plan on putting it back.

Cons: They do collect snow, but it is not a big deal, they clean themselves out pretty well, once in a while when I stop I will pull some snow out. End of the day I clean them again.

The little snow they collect is worth the insurance.

Had them on my REV--took them off 'cause of the snow abuild up. Couldn't tell any difference in the POW but I think they reinforce the A arms too much and transmit stress to the nun/bulkhead. I'd rather replace an A arm than a nun/bulkhead.
