I have a 1999 phazer 500, the model number on the book for is a PZ500C. The phazer is the sx chassis with the trailing arm. Its originally the flat land sled with the 121 inch track on it and I have since put a 136 track on it. My son will be riding it at around 7000 to 8000 feet elevation. Can someone help me out on what this should have for springs, weights, pre load, etc.... I took the primary clutch apart tonight and the clutch weights have an 8dj stamped on them, they are also in poor condition. They have a bunch of bumps on the ramp parts of them so I do need to replace them.

I noticed last weekend up riding the clutches got real hot so Im sure its not cluched rite. The primary spring has a green purple green spring in it and the secondary has a purple spring in it. If ya have any extra parts for sale let me know. Thanks.
