350 miles on fresh top end and tm3 bottom end it starts to bog at 6000 rpms ive double checked everything and cant figure it out any help please

sounds like the exhaust valves are not opening, may have blown a bellow or faulty solenoid.

easy way to test is to take the vacuum lines off the valves and plug the ports on the valves that way exhaust pressure will open them and not have to wait till the solenoid turns them on. you can also take the black caps off and check for oil on top of the bellow if so you have a torn bellow.

i have a huge bog between 4900-5100 rpm, would this be the exhaust bellows too? any suggestions?

it is possible. the valves usually open between 5500-6000 rpm. if they open early they can cause a bog also i have seen clutch weight pin bushings that were worn with worn rollers that would cause a symptom like that.

it is an easy check just pull your caps and look for oil if there is oil the bellow is bad.

I would also check to see if your TPS is set according to specs.
A lot of mid range bog has to do with TPS settings.

Sorry to hear that junkie... lots of carnage in the poo threads today :(
What was the solution to your bog?

the exaust bellows had a couple of cracks in them luckly i have a complete 2006 sleds for parts i changed them out and the 975 came alive :beer;:beer;
