96 Storm RMK, 02 Sport Trail 550 What chassis are they?

I am new to Snowmobiles and now have a 96 Storm 800 RMK and a 2002 Indy Sport Trail 550 f/c. I see most forums are divided by chassis. Please help me identify mine(by chassis) if you would. Thanks in advance for helping a noob out.

Oh my I'm good at giving the wrong answers today your storm is an aggressive and your sport looks to be a Gen 2 oops

I was thinking the 02 was a gen II, but the forum describes Gen II as years 1999-2001 for some reason.
