I just UPGRADED from a '94 Arctic Cat zr700 121" ,, to a '96 RMK 500EFI (evolved chassis). VERY happy after 2 rides on the RMK!
The ZR just wasn't suited for the ditchbanging, powder, and highmarking stuff..
the rmk has the skid bolted up a 1 1/2" further back and has a
136" x 1 1/2" track on it, I want it longer. My brother has a '01 rmk800 144",,, he's probly gonna put an EDGE 151" skid and track under it,,, I want his old track and suspension under my sled.
I measured it up and it looks like it WILL bolt in with no mods.
Is there anything about this swap that wont work? and if so, what do i need to do to make it work?
ALSO, being its only a 500 liq., should i port the track if i go to a 144"??
