'94 xlt

$1000, sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Unless it's in mint condition with tons of extras. I have a '94 XLT too. I don't even bother with trying to sell it. It's worth more to me just sitting than the little bit of cash I would get out of it.
 
Just like T-bone said, keep it, you won't get much cash for it unless you are that strapped for it. I sold my '94 XLT SKS and regretted it for a couple years when the '96XCR was having problems. Could have kept it and put on 30k miles before putting it to rest completely.

T-Bone is right, actually the news is worse than that.........

94' XLt's are going for $800-900 around here......

I would keep it.....
