hey joe.

you wont get much help on this.

only a few of us with a turbo 900 even, and others that were bldg them either quit or failed..

wish i had mine tune to help out bro.

you can send a PM to Z-man and ask him, he just started messing with his on the T975, but will still be different since its not a baseline 900.

derek told me they are set baseline from his flash, and then you fine tune from there. i also have the tuning sheet from silbers website for reference, thats what i was gonna use too, lol.

good luck bro. keep me posted.

IMO... I would try to set up a day or two and go riding with Derek. He has the laptop/computer to change the map in the box if needed. It just seems like the quickest way to get your mapping and numbers correct.

If I was doing that build... thats what I would do. Take it straight to the company that you bought the fuel controller from.

Thanks z this sled really runs wow

Still working through the gremlins on mine. Y-pipe bolts came loose on last ride and I had holes in both exhaust valve bellows. Even with the exhaust valves not operating and the y-pipe loose sled is still an animal. I will be installing Nord-locks on the Y-pipe and replacing the bellows this week.

STUDS

I JUST PUT 4 STUDS IN THE T800 ON THE OUT SIDE HOLES WILL LOOK AT THE 900 TO NIGHT TO SEE IF THEY WILL WORK STUDS WITH LOCKING NUTS

Nordlocks work to keep the Y-pipe on. Studs should work on a 900 Y-pipe too, but I would still use Nordlocks with them.
