There are 3 different color codes for injectors for these sleds. The color code represents the flow rate for the injector and the ECU must be programmed for that color of injector to ensure proper fueling of the motor. I'm not sure which injector is 'more flow' vs 'less flow' but if they are mixed up you could wind up with either a lean or rich condition resulting in poor performance or possible engine damage.

Pretty sure the 3rd color is blue for reference.

In order from leanest to richest:
blue, yellow, red

I ran yellow injectors on my red flash ecu last year by accident, squeaked a mag piston mid-season. Didn`t know about the differences until this years build.

i have been running a yellow SLP flash on RED injectors and had great success with no issues.

but its best to run the proper flash for the color injector to be safe.

ANY dealer can reflash your ECU to match the injectors your running and usually costs around $40 for the flash...much cheaper then trying to match the injectors to the flash.

also sounds like your dealer needs to figure out what they are selling before they try and give you advice...i wouldnt take much advice from them if i was you...most of us on the 900 section know MUCH more then the dealers do on the 900s. ;)
