88 non ethanol mix with 110 race gas

In my part of the world, I can buy 88 non-ethanol. I'm thinking of mixing 5 gallons 110 race gas with 40 gallons of 88 non-ethanol to achieve the recommended 91 octane without ethanol, in order to run unplugged on the ethanol setting. Is this necessary? Is it a good idea? Or should I just run 91 from the pump? I'm running a 2014 stock pro 800. I need suggestions

Set the ethanol switch in the gauge, run the pump gas and go ride. There are thousands of stock 800 ProRMKs out there running just fine on ethanol fuel.

Just run pump gas. I talked with the Chevron distributor, he says the 88 is crap gas anyways. It's from the bottom of the refining process that he wouldn't run it
