860 clutching

I am running a 162*2.5*16 camo extreme. After many rides. This has been my best setup. 160-290 441 ramps, shockwave at 40. One 10mm long setscrew. Running 8300rpm and 377 belt. It rips. 860rkt.

What elevation you riding?
Very nice track speed. Do you have speeds before this setup.? Where do you get Toms arms and rollers?

Thanks

I have been sending out 160/350 primary, QR11 helix and customers running about 18g in clicker 4. Grams depends on how stout the engine is combined with driver weight.

works excellent with 377 belt

$260 CDN = $208 USD

Tom,s Snowmobile@ 530-862-1128. I was able to dial in track speeds pretty close to these however it fell short when you got up to 40 + mph on a climb, This setup continues to pull and will shift the primary all the way out as you increase speed. For your 860 you should run 160/320. His light arms ,417,s.Start with stock rollers and about 1 extra gram set screw. Bob

who or what r toms arms

Tom,s snowmobile out of Cali. built new designed arms.Straight with 40 gram and weight in the correct place. They shift and hold RPM,s all the way to fully shift out. His kit which I run this year is remarkable,And I already had a performance clutch on before I installed Tom,s...Bob
