850 E-Start Battery

Can anyone confirm the battery PN used in the 850 e-start config with certainty?

Do you have a link to the fiche for the 2019 850 Axys Pro RMK? All I can find is the 850 Indy and 800 Pro.

It will be the same battery for the indy or rmk.

This is the weight on my stock battery (14.9lbs) with the stock battery box. Here is the weight of the Lite Weight battery that BMP sells (2.35lbs). BMP also has a lite weight aluminum replacement battery box (2.90lbs together or 0.55lb buy itself) that also displaces heat compared to the stock steal box.
That is a 12lb weight savings! By the time you add a lightweight muffler you could save way more. 336CCA (270cca is stock). fast recharge (90% in just 6 minutes!) Lithium Ion, HD case and terminals, can be mounted in any position if needed. I used these batteries for the last few years with zero failures on my 800 Axys's. I even ran one in my wife 1100turbo sled. They claim 6-12 times more cycle life compared to lead acid batteries.

Thank you for posting this. I was just about to do a search on replacement lith batteries. I finally ordered a sled with elec start and will never go back. Now just to take some weight of it. Just wish we had a "shot" system like doo has. Thanks again

I purchased the lite weight battery that was mentioned above from BMP for my 2019 850 SKS 146 this year and it has worked awesome - and huge weight savings.

You can buy the same Firepower WPS battery Bikeman uses and shave off almost 13 pounds. The Bikeman bracket cuts down another pound, but isn't required. The battery comes with leg extensions. I have a bunch of rides on mine and it works great. I have seen them as low as $150 - YMMV
