800Escape

Guys, I really hate to do this but, I bought a set of race pipes for an 800 rmk from 800Escape here on the forums. I sent him a money order along with a Fedex airway bill to send them to me. He recieved this on the 1st of Feb. I have only heard from him once since then saying here shipped them on Feb 6th. Since that time, he has quit responding to my pm's and emails. He is on this sight almost daily, yet choses to ignore me. His real name is Ken Murhy of Selah Wa, 98942....Does anyone on here know him? I would really like to get those pipe, or my money back if he has decided not to part with them for whatever reason. I have never bashed anyone publicly before, but then again, I have never been stiffed by a snowester before either.

I think he posted an add last year to sell a 2004 RMK 800 that I wanted....He never replied to my PM's and calls.....I did a lot of research here and found his father was Robert Murphy in Royal City, Wa. (30 miles from Selah).....Dad had the sled as his house and I was a pleasant transaction to buy it from Dad....I have to be in Selah next month; let me know how much "Imtimation you can afford???????".

Well to my surprise, the pipes showed up today. He finally sent them yesterday with no calls,pm's,emails, whatever. One pipe does have about a 3" crack in it, but that beats getting totally screwed. 800Escape, thanks for finally sending them. I wish you had just replied to me and said you were too busy or whatever and that they would be on their way soon. We could have avioded this thread.
