Im working a 2000 XCR 800 that has had the wiring harness cut and hacked up. I have most of it fiqure out but there is a black wire with 2 white strips and a round plactic conector that comes form the CDI box and is wrapped up with the ones that go to the stator. Dont know where it goes and I dont see it on the wiring scematic anwhere. Any help would be great.

That connector connects to another connector which comes out of the main harness which in turn runs to the ignition switch.
