Busted the ol 800 out of the barn. Figured it's time for some modern parts and a little weight loss
Started out 466 dry weight. Removed 144 expert x at 59#. Trimmed up 2011 pro rmk 155 skid and a 156x2" track and did the swap. Rmk skid is 40#. Pretty light! Made few frame extensions and installed. Dropped 10# as now we r weighing 456 with lots more track on ground.
