800 Polaris VES engine EDGE RMK

Recently rebuilt 800 VES engine from a RMK with new rings, new o-rings, new crank, reniced cylinders and new stator. Less than 300 miles on engine guaranteed. Assembled package includes engine, water pump, VES valves complete, thermister, flywheel and stator. $1600 plus shipping. Oregon Not raced. Just pop it in and go.

were in oregon, who rebuilt it, rebuilt crank and bearing?

The crank came out of a new 2000 800 non/ves engine that had never been installed. The crankcases are newer but not 2002. I drilled out the drip hole for the bearings on the drive clutch end. The cylinders have the decompression hole so they would have to be 03 or later. I reassembled everything and it runs just fine. I don't trust polaris mechanics, nor do I trust polaris dealers, for that matter. I could tell you stories.
