2012, pro 800 ,jamnut on clutch backed off ,got that fixed ,now the black spring had broke on the p-85 , got that fixed ,,cheap fix ,thats the only issues i have with this sled ,its awesome!!

My buddies 09 dragon had the jam nut back off. The primary springs were garbage last year also, I know of two people I ride with had them break on there 2011 pros, I just replaced mine with a team before it broke.
Why are you paying for anything everything should be under warrenty!!! Just got my primary spring covered on my 11 and I had 1500 miles on it!!
Finger nails on a chalk board is more pleasant then a warranty claim, How do you justify hauling it to the dealer for a $20.00 part ??
Fuel, time, & all the dicken around for $20.00 dollars... thats like puttin a dip sign after the dip.
Sorry i don't have the time and resources to mess around with thing that are covered under warrrenty!! I guess if you call signing your name a big hassel to get work and parts covered under warrenty !

I don't have the time to drag my sled an hour each way to drop a sled off, let alone pay for fuel for that 50 mile drive, not to mention the depreciation on my truck for a $20 part that I can order online. In my case it would be pretty stupid to warranty it.
You may live right by a dealer or even drive by your dealer on your way to work, but remember not everybody is in the same boat as you.

Mine was brand new just started up the trail and started hearing funny noise , jamnut was ratteling around . still put 50 miles on but had to tighen 3 times. Came home and paid 60$ to have clutch removed and fixed right. Dealer 160 miles away told me I would have to bring in for pictures and possible polaris adjuster would have to look at it B...t . The New dealer in Bozeman sucks and Im not going to waste a half day and 100$ in diesel for an easy fix . I though dealer in Lewistown Mt should have sent a new clutch and a puller but so much for custumer service . Im diehard polaris and will never ride anything else. but I might just stop riding altogether .I love this new pro compared to my 09 dragon but Im really sick of fixing polaris problems on brand new sleds piss poor service just my 2 cents . oh yeh in case you are wondering Ive had 6 new sleds in 10 years
