Diamond Dave was looking for a comparison pic to help me figure out how to identify a pre-updated head for my 800 rmk. I pulled off my 2010 update today and took a pick of it with a 2009 pre-update.
the updated head is on top in this photo. the most identifiable difference is how far down the threads of the spark plug come down into the dome.
