800 efi want tart ?

my 02 800efi mountain cat want start she run fine till i parked her 2days ago
the fuelpump doesnt pump if i pull the corde
but we tried already hooking up a batterie directly to the fuelpump and she is working alo if i pull the corde while batterie is hooked up with jumping wires the sled runs
measured voltage at fuelpump wires while pulling and i only got 3.5v coming out there


anybody an idea what this could be ????

coil on stator running fuel pump is bad?

fuel pump justgot replaced 2month ago
and like i said it will run when you hook up a batterie to the fuel pump and pull she will run
i think the voltage is suposed to be at least 12v at the pump while pulling and i got 3.5v
