800 dragon running out of fuel after warmup?

I'm helping a friend get a 2008 Silber turbo 800 dragon running. It starts and warms up good and runs great with good afr's for about 10 minutes. Then it drops a cylinder and when I shut it off it won't start until I prime the pump with 12volts. There is spark when it won't start but no fuel. I pulled the filter off and blew air and carb cleaner thru it and it seems to flow good. Any ideas?

What kind of fuel pressure? Should have a gauge on the regulator if it is like my silber kit.

40psi constant. Its been starting back up after it drops a cylinder but is only running on one.

It was a fouled plug.
