cylinder needs re nicked. the carl's service center inspected it and said it should just need renicked..no welding. i bought it this way with the intention of having a spare on the shelf so i wouldnt have down time if i scored a cylinder. never got around to it and cleaning out the garage. i also have a head with cover.
