8" idlers on PRO????

I have a new set of 8" MMP idler wheels that I would like to put on my PRO. I know that Mountain Machines makes a relocate axle for the 8", but I have heard that lately trying to deal with them is rather lame. My question is does anyone else make a relocate axle and is there any reason why I shouldn't do this? This is purely for the bling factor and not for performance reasons (there are none) and I already have the wheels (brand new) so I might as well put them on. Any suggestions????

WPS carries the MM axles and may have them in stock.

No reason not to do this for the bling factor... 8" is the functional limit befoe you can get into track slack issues at full travel.
