797 motor?

I was thinking about picking up a 07 RMK 600 with a toasted 797 mod motor as a project sled but I know nothing about the 797 motor. Does any one have any info on it?

I looked into one a while ago. I believe it is a 600 case with a 727 top end and a stroker crank. The crank may be hard to find. The guys to talk to are the guys at Carls Cycle.

Race motor. Requires compression, you'll be running race gas if you want it to run right.

SLP can give you some info on it too I think.

I have some good -used pistons for it. They have very little time on them, motor was barley broke in before they had to come out (crank snout broke off) Just pay shipping.
