i got an enticer 250 and i need some help troubleshooting a problem...

it will run, but only if i pour gas down in the cylinder then it dies. the carb is bone dry..so it's not getting fuel. i got a new fuel line in and cleaned the carb and jets..i'm stumped.

If your carb and fuel lines were dry, you may not have enough fuel in the tank to get fuel to the fuel pump. You have to have the tank fairly full for it to flow to the fuel pump. It could also be a dirty fuel filter in the tank.

sounds like a cracked diaphram in the fuel pump.
easy rebuild, just make sure all the pieces go back in - in the same order.
also check the pulse line between the engine and fuel pump

Rebuild the fuel pump...........

Rediculously easy to do. Get a kit and do it..........

Pulse line bad? The old lines crack or break off. Get a $.25 piece of line and rebuild it.......
