Tough one there.

The only problem it's the whole entire group, not just one or 2 people. greed and mis-management was their problem, they had a club, rolling dice with our money when they invested it for us, lost it and now they want more. Why can't I fire them, why is the govt going to force me to give them more? Something has got to happen. I know I'm tired of hearing about the Stock market being the only economy. Lot's of business happens without any stock transactions. They are simply buying and selling trading cards.

Don't borrow what you can't afford to pay back. If we give them a second chance will they learn?
 
I don’t claim to be an expert in this area but I am hearing all this talk about how this bail out is a bad thing. I don’t like it any better then anybody else, but the reason for the bail out is to make an attempt at savings the economy right? If the economy collapses we lose our jobs, 401K’s, stocks, bonds, savings, checkings. Etc. That's what happens when the economy collapses. Because some people made bad choices we all need to go back to ground zero and start over with nothing?

When did this capitalist country go socialist on me? A company fails, people lose money.... business is a gamble. Usually it's smaller companies with less of a global impact than a huge bank. Heard on the news last night there's possibly some reasons involving poor bookkeeping. Just my opinion but if they're setting themselves up for failure by doing this, why should anyone stop them from going under.

If this bailout passes, the value of the US dollar will drop lower than anyone alive will likely remember.

Well Put, They Set THEMSELVES up for failure. I agree that they need to do something from making things worse but...
 
Our goverment owes more than they can pay back, it gets chance after chance after chance and keep on going.

One thing that really PIZZES me off is we have people in the GOV that SAW THIS happening and did NOTHING!!! They should have told us " They are buying bad papper" If they told us that long ago it would have stoped. But most in the GOV where to busy getting THERE pocket filled to care.:mad: NOW we are all on the hook AGAIN because of a small group of A-HOLES!! Once again the people that work hard and do things the right way get SCREWED!!!:mad:





Also I heard today that they are giving the Auto industry 25B to "Help them modernize THERE plants to produce smaller cars that get better MPG".:mad: Again I ask why do I have to pay for that?? They are the ones who "F"ed up and rode the wave now we pay:mad:


I get more and more sick of how this country is run every day:mad:
