Anyone put 7 tooth 3 pitch Avid drivers on, rather than lengthen chaincase for 3" paddle 3 pitch track? Thanks in advance.

Just stuck them in my Rev this weekend. Hope they work as I'm loading on trailer & heading west without much testing. Thought you have been running 3pitch Camo extreme all winter on your XP? BTW, you selling your XP this spring? Thought maybe BJ has talked ya into 4 stroker?

7 tooth Drivers with 3" paddle

The diameter of the stock driver is 7.28". A 7 tooth 3" driver is 6.68". That works out to .3" per side smaller. You need to make room for an additional .75" of track. Won't work. I have over 1,000 miles on my 174X16X3" with a longer chain case and it is definitely worth the time and money.

Selling my SHR 860R machine, no way, this thing is awesome, down right cruel to 9 lbs boost two stroke, 4 stroke with even higher boost.

Hoots you running a 3" paddle?

I am running a 2.5" and have 11/16" clearance at the closest point adding 3/16" for the 7 tooth radius leaves me with 7/8" clearance adding a 1/2" for the 3" paddle leaves 3/8" clearance, not much but this is only at the heat exchanger closest point, much more everywhere else. Hope my math is right.

Have the new track in, looks like Robbie is correct, I could cut a 1/4" off part of the outside paddles and it would work but I bought a 3" track to have a 3" track.
