680 ultra and 700 triple pipes

What are those 700 triple pipes from? Aggressive chassis pipes WILL NOT fit in the wedge chassis you have. and also, what brand are they? If i were you i would find a set of pipes built for your motor, then the pipe volumes are designed for that cc's and all that, good luck

You're best bet, IMO, is to find a set of used SLP hi-rpm pipes. I see these on ebay and the various snowmobile sites from time to time. PSI also made a set but the SLP's worked better in the mountains. The aftermarket pipes are as close to "bolt on" in terms of actually fitting in the chassis as you are going to get, but be aware that you *M-U-S-T* recalibrate your carbs and clutches.

As another person mentioned, the pipes from the 700 XCR were setup to fit the aggressive chassis sleds and not the "wedge". You will be very disappointed if you buy a set of these.

I believe the ones for the storm will work, 750 or 800. not sure about the 700 but I think all of them are close to the same, if you have the agressive body Ultra SPX pipes should be easy to find.

No Storm pipes will not work on an Ultra engine.... Please before you give people advice make sure its correct advice. If what your telling pipe will hurt there sled and cost them money its not very good advice at all. Its ok not to know things, its all part of being young and learning everyone has to start somewhere. So if you dont know for sure just sit back and wait for someone that does to give out advice.

That 700 motor was essentially the evolution of the first Ultra motor. Used basically the same bottom end. cylinders had a little better porting. It was a fairly well setup sled. That being said I cant see just like Chad Krump says the pipes from an agressive chassis working on a wedge chassis. They are going to come out too close to the belly pan where they go to the can because the bend in them is not tight enough.
