Jets?
Needle Jets?
Pilot Jets?

Mine are all set to stock. I bought my first sled used and when the engine went I found out they had jetted the mains down from stock but it still went 6k miles before it died. I put all stock settings back and the new engine runs fine out of Albany and no fouled plugs.

pto main 350 mag 340

pilotjet 55

needle id/clip posistion 7ecy1-2

air screw 1 3/4

Thanks av8r....... Do you know what the 55 pilot jet works out to be?

I am running AA4's with 7em7 , clip in the middle right now.

I want to make sure that I am setup where I need to be for altitude.

Come on guys. I know there were alot of these motors back in the day... Help a brother out:beer;:beer;:beer;

My stock 99x runs great since new with 320 mains (350 stock). Not sure if the dealer changed the pilots or needle setting.

My stock 95 runs great since I rejetted from 420 to 380 and went from 75 to 65 on the pilots.

What clutching setup are you using? My brother has one in a polaris chassis that he is try to get right. Polaris primary clutch
