600VES IQ440 Conversion Package

I have a complete package set to go into a IQ440 Race chassis. Its based off a 2001 XC600VES engine, I ran this set-up last winter about 1500miles on the complete rebuild. Its a simple bolt and go set-up for trail riding with reverse and oil injection runs on pump gas.

01 600VES Engine updated to 04 PERC Reverse
Carbs jetted for 1500' IQ Airbox style (Airbox not included), throttle cable
Entire Wiring Harness for PERC w/ 87/91 octane selector
04 CDI PERC Reverse
Oil Pump
08 IQ 600RR Y-pipe
Motor mount spacers and motor strap spacers for proper belt deflection
V-Force III Reeds, with Pro-x carb boots.
Primary clutch for engine.

Has everything for simple bolt in, all you need to supply is your choice of exhaust pipe, and oil tank, and clutching set-up.

Okay I sold the short block assembly but have alot of stuff left that I put on another 01 600ves motor. This motor was rebuilt around 1000 miles ago and was in a PRO-XR chassis it has a bottom end anti-freeze leak I dont have the time to mess with it. I can sell someone the enitre motor,carbs,reeds,xc/prox y-pipe, pro-x harness, cdi, fuel pump, coil primary the whole nine yards for 800.00 or will be willing to part the whole package out. This one has a 01 cdi so no perc on it, but I could get a 04 cdi for perc for a little extra.

All I got left is the primary,fuel pump,reeds,pro-x boots, and stuff to do a PERC conversion.
