600HO SLP pipe question

Recently picked up an SLP pipe and can, got a good deal, but the pipe has a few dents in it.

The guy said the biggest one:

was supposed to be there for clearance or somthing, just double checking before I install. Does your 600HO pipe look like that?

I am not too worried about the two smaller dents, I already tried a little to get them out, but I don't think they are big enough to affect performance.

No, they are not supposed to look like that. It would probably be a good idea to get that fixed.

Not at all. If it was to clear they would have built it different.
