600HO BMP head oring info needed

Picked up a BMP head set and the orings for the domes are missing, keep getting voice mail at BMP this week.

Anyone happen to know the size or if the orings can be sourced at local parts place?

You can get al of the o-rings from any Polaris dealer or aftermarket performance dealer. Some of the guys say that they even reuse some of the o-rings some of the time. Just tell the parts guy sled model and you should be set!

So you are not talking the dome to cylinder O-ring? Most aftermarket heads I've owned used the stock O-rings. Unless BikeMan did something weird you do not need to seal the dome the the head shell, just the cover with the spark plug O-ring.

The Bikeman head uses the same o rings the stock head uses. If you are talking about the ones on the top of the domes, those are the same ones that go under the head cover on the stock head and go around the spark plug holes as LoudHandle had said.

I'll have to look at the stocker again then, it came off in one piece and didn't separate, so I just assumed it didn't have the spark plug hole orings.

Just pop the top (cover) off of it and you will see the 2 o rings. You need to remove the 2 bolts for the T stat housing before the top cover will come off though.
