I am helping my friend out on his 07 600 rmk and trying to fiqure out his cluching. It has a 64-44-46 / 64-40-46 helix black/blue spring 3 delrin washers a white primary spring and 10/58 wts stock gearing slp pipe and can. We ride at 3000 to 6000 ft tress and clearcuts. Can someone explain to me how this set up will run.Is this set up more for racing or boondocking.Should we be looking for a lesser starting angle.
Thanks JIm

Flatland, low elevation setup for racing. Run a bit less helix.

Agree with above helix and also confirm gearing, these 600's like some lower gearing. 19/43 works very well.

So a 56-38-36 helix what will that do for rpms compared to the 64-40-46. I am having a hard time getting my head around this. What is up shift, backshift and loading the motor mean in relation to each other.
