When the Axys platform came out, I know the 800 had some major motor upgrades. Did the 600 also have the motor upgrades? or is it the same old "pro" 600 motor? What is the track depth on the 600? Is it the 2.6 or the same ole 2.4 from the "pro" days?

Electric oil pump and different motor mounts on the case are the only difference to the motor.

Stock comes with 2.4 you can sno check and get the 2.6 upgrade it has the same gearing as the 800.

On the Polaris website, it shows the 600 being 5 pounds heavier the the same 155 inch 800... Anyword if they are going to do the same upgrades to the 600 motor as the 800 such as lighter crank, different pistons etc...

Yes it is heavier it doesn't have a light crank and the 2.4 is heavier then the 2.6.

If you want a lightweight crank for a 600 call Carl's cycle it looks like there offering it now with there 660 package. At least that's what there website shows.

The 800 axys is the way to go now. It seems to be more durable than the non ho motor and lighter than the 600 so it's a win win situation.
