6.9 Pilot vs. C&A powder skis

04 Summit, whats the best ski, I know mods but don't have the cash, I can get a set of 6.9 Pilots for $125 or C&A Powder for $225. I think the C&A are like 8" wide, the Pilot 7" whats a better all around ski, deep snow, but sometimes Powder sometimes wet, don't ride trail much. Don't know if the C&A are worth the extra coin and if the extra width is too much??

My 06 has pilots. They work good for what I do. You could by the pilots and save some cash for mods in the future.

ran the 6.9 for years loved them..then i tried the ca mtx 8 wide...they blow the 6.9 away..only downside is a bit more steering effort on hard pack with the mtx
