Is there any machining / grinding to install these gears? 54 / 66. Also does anyone have a gearing chart for the diamond drives to check mph at different rpm`s? I have for the old chain style chart, but doesnt work with the dd`s.
You have to grind a radiused notch in the shift shaft so the large gear will fit. I have done 4 DD with these gears and it works awesome. Top speed should be 78-80 mph according to chart. Good luck
