I got to say, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with 509! I had an issue with my Aviators (scratched the lens pretty good) and wrote them about it. It was a shot in the dark for they don't typically warranty the lens. I have been a pretty good customer of theirs so I was hoping that would help me out. It did!

When looking for goggles/helmets, seriously give these guys a look!

509 customer service has gone above and beyond fair, in my dealings with them. I broke the frame on my goggles and Tom relaced them with no question. I would recommend his products to anyone.

i had the new turbo fan break a month ago and have called 4 times and no answer and returned call. emailed 2 times and no reply. have a lot of 509 gear and love the product but have had no customer service. i don't no if their is another number besides the website. i guess i haven't had as good as luck. i hope i have better luck.

Send Tom a pm (03RMKing) on here and I am sure he will get back to you right away to get your problem corrected. Never had any trouble with him.

JDOG, what is the ticket ID # from your email support request? I'll make sure it gets handled asap.
 
509 has some great service. I had my visor break while riding in McCall and had burnt my goggle strap when setting the goggles on the pipe when stopping for lunch, and with 1 call to 509 I had a new visor and goggle strap to me within a couple days, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They stand behind their warrantys and their products!! I have the helmet & sinister setup and it's seriously the best helmet-goggle setup I've ever worn in my 12 years snowmobiling.
 
I'm not impressed with their customer service, I bought a helmet and aviators this fall and called multiple times, left 2 voices, filed ticket, pm'd 03rpmking on here and all I wanted was to find out about the supposed breathbox my helmet was supposed to come with (atleast that is what I read on here in one of his threads). Never heard anything back. I gave up on it.

I must say I love the helmet and goggles, but not sure I will buy anything else from them. I am glad to hear other people have had better luck though so maybe I'll give them another try.

Loving the Aviator goggles I have and the new helmet is the best fitting/comfortable I've worn.
