509 Helmets

Anyone have any idea when they are supposed to be delivered? On the web it says late January delivery..... I would say it's more like late late January now. I'm looking forward to getting the new helmet and goggles, but I'm leaving next week for the Bighorns and I'm really hoping it's here by then.

I think I ordered on the 23rd so hopefully mine will be shipped soon. I'm gonna be really bummed out if it doesn't make it here in time for my trip.

The helmets arrived on 2/2 and we've been shipping ever since. Most went out same day. If you login to your 509 account it will tell you the date it shipped along with a tracking number. Or you can call 1-877-743-3509 and we'll get you this info.

a friend of ours ordered one before xmas and he still hasnt recieved it. already missed his very first trip to the mountains. if he doesnt get it this comming week, he'll miss another trip without his new lid. ski

If he was on the backorder list, it has been shipped. Without his info, I can't be specific. But his 509 account contains all the shipping info, including date/time shipped as well as full tracking information. And we can also assist in tracking at 1-877-743-3509.
