I emailed 509 about purchasing a couple of nosemasks that i broke (completely my fault) on my sinister goggles. within 3 minutes i had an email back saying i would be recieving two nosemasks free of charge. 3 days later there they were on my doorstep.
Couldnt ask for better service/support/warranty. 509 is a prime example of a company standing behind their products. I was already pretty in love with all my 509 products but this experience made 509 the only helmet/goggle i will ever purchase/wear.
