I was killing some time thinking about snowmobilng as usual, and thought of an experience I had with 509. Long story short I placed an order and didn't get all of it. After failed attempts to reach them on the phone or their web site I turned to Snowest forum for help. Didn't know Tom was on the forum. Was contacted by Tom and talked via PM on Snowest. He didn't give me any free stuff or excuses, just an apology and fixed the problem. In a time filled with fraud, scams and rip offs it was nice to deal with a company like 509 and a person like Tom, a guy trying to make an honest dollar the honest way. I have to give credit where it's due. Will surely be a return customer.

Yep he is GREAT to deal with. I couldn't believe it, my order was packaged like an hour after I put the order in. The goggles are great to. Can't wait for the new quickstraps to come out then they will be perfect

So let me get this strait you ordered direct from 509 and paid them. They shorted you some stuff on your order (accident) and then shipped the rest of your items after you complained on Snowest? And this makes them great? Or did you get shorted from another vendor and 509 stepped up to help you out?
Tom & 509 is a great company and put out great products and I was just wondering what you meant?

What new Quik-Straps?
They are coming out with their own version of the Quick Straps (will be called something else I'm sure
) for their 509 goggles in the fall I have been told.. I am waiting for their release before I order so I can get everything all at once.

Yea not sure what it's called but basicly the same thing, and will work with last years models so that's nice.

I have always had great service from 509. Now for the real reason why we are talking about 509, 1) Were is that darn teaser? 2) Were are those helmets, they had better be ready for this coming season
Also, there needs to be a 'snowcheck' option so I can be put on a list for a helmet and a blue ray
